Telegraph Revs Up With New Rover Promotion

The Telegraph Group has signed a six-figure deal to promote MG Rover across the Daily and Sunday Telegraph.
The campaign will invite Telegraph readers to enter a prize draw in order to win a brand new Rover. Responses will then be collated and followed up with a direct marketing push to encourage readers to test drive one of the new models.
In addition to the direct marketing activity, which includes an email campaign, there will also be a six week series of advertorials featuring each model in the promotion.
The Telegraph Group claims the campaign is unique because it represents a collaboration between commercial development, enterprises and online activity, drawing all the sections together for a wide-ranging promotion.
The Hilton Hotel Group will also take part in the campaign and readers who enter the prize draw will be offered a specially discounted weekend break.
The Telegraph Group recently announced plans to launch an electronic version of the Daily Telegraph and the Sunday Telegraph in a bid to increase its presence in the lucrative overseas market (see Telegraph Launches E-Papers For Overseas Market).
