The Telegraph will meet with representatives of ABC this afternoon in a move aimed at resolving the conflict which has broken out over the latest set of ABC figures.
The Telegraph’s November ABC figures were withdrawn from Friday’s release due to wrangles over its £1 per week subscription offer. News International, owner of the Times, apparently threatened to issue a writ against ABC if it accepted sales figures of the discounted Telegraph titles. The Telegraph in turn is issuing a writ against ABC due to alleged breach of confidence for showing Telegraph figures to News International.
