Television advertising revenues are predicted to rise by more than 5% this quarter, according to latest agency estimates, which represents a £40 million boost to the industry, but the picture for online TV is dependent on different factors – principally getting the right price for a more highly targeted audience. Will advertisers pay enough for this to fund online content?  Can online TV raise its price?  Is the TV model broken?
