We launched The Media Leader Club a year ago with a simple idea: bring the right people together to actually solve the industry’s biggest problems.

What we learned is even simpler. Senior leaders don’t want memberships. They don’t want year-long commitments. And they definitely don’t want another platform that asks them to keep up with something they don’t have time for.

So we’re changing it.

What’s Changing

The Club is moving from a traditional membership model to something more useful. Small, episodic focus groups built around specific problems. Invitation-only. No fees. No obligations beyond the conversations that matter to you.

Instead of asking you to commit to 12 months of sessions, we’re inviting you to join discussions when your expertise actually adds value. That might be once a year. It might be three times. It depends on the topic.

We’re building three kinds of groups:

Topic-driven focus groups — Small roundtables around a single challenge. AI and workflow. Talent and culture. Measurement. Trust. Sustainability. We pick the issue, you help shape the answer.

Channel councils — Specialists exploring what’s actually happening in TV, audio, OOH, digital, programmatic and attention. Not trend-spotting. Real market movement.

Editorial steering boards — Leaders who help direct our investigations, special reports and event programmes. You shape what The Media Leader covers and how.

Who This Is For

This isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who actually move the industry forward. C-suite leaders, holding-company executives, publishers, broadcasters, brand teams, adtech founders and policy leaders. People with real influence and perspective.

We invite based on impact and expertise, not title or company size.

How It Works

We identify a problem. We assemble the right group of people to tackle it. We run a closed-door session. And we translate what we learn into editorial direction, investigations, event agendas and industry collaboration.

The insight stays private unless you want it public.
