TMP Worldwide is in the process of trying to buy Austin Knight, it has emerged. David Basham, Corporate Affairs Director at Austin Knight, told MediaTel: “TMP has made an offer and this is now subject to a shareholders meeting on 22 September.”
The Austin Knight identity will be retained and no immediate changes are planned. TMP’s operations include Moxon Dolphin, MSL and Lonsdales.
