Neil McLennan of TMP Communications confirmed to MediaTel this morning that the company has merged with Stonehart Leisure Magazines, the specialist consumer publisher.
The product of the merger – Sports and Leisure magazines – aims to improve the market position of TMP’s sports titles, New Cyclist and Sports Quarterly which currently have circulations of 24,473 and 150,000 respectively.
McLennan was unable to confirm a launch date for the company’s latest venture, Encore magazine, aimed at women 45+, claiming that this issue has yet to be discussed following the partnership.
