Top British Brands 1993

Today Nielsen has published results of its survey into the Top 100 Grocery Brands in Britain for Checkout magazine.
Coca Cola is the best seller, with annual sales exceeding £249m, with Ariel and Persil in the number 2 and 3 positions respectively. The top brands are worth in excess of £6.4bn; this represents an increase of 2.6% on last year.
The fastest growing brand was Muller yogurt, with sales up 32%.
