Top Panel Lines Up For Third Media Question Time

Panel members are now lined up for MediaTel’s annual Media Question Time event in association with The Economist and Carlton Television. It will take place on Monday 26 February at the BBC Radio Theatre, Portland Place.

Media Question Time will be chaired by BBC Radio’s media correspondent, Torin Douglas. Similar in format to the BBC TV series, Media Question Time will focus on key current and future media issues and an invited audience from the advertising and media industry have the opportunity to ask questions from the floor and join the debate.

The panel is packed with media newsmakers as the industry faces up to some hugely significant changes over the coming months and years and comprises:

John Billett: chairman of Billett Consultancy

David Mansfield: chief executive of Capital Radio

Emily Bell: editor-in-chief of Guardian Unlimited and assistant editor of the Guardian

Marie Oldham: managing partner, Media Planning Group

Jim Hytner: director of marketing and communications, Channel 5
