Toshiba is set to launch three apps in the spring to enhance its connected TV experience and to boost sales of its new Excite tablet, according to videonet.
The first is a remote control app called TRAC (Tablet Remote App Capable) – which will allow the tablet to act as a remote control for televisions. The second is MediaGuide, a version of Toshiba’s EPG.
