TV Revenue And Shares – September
Revenue for September, based on agency estimates, came in with a combined ITV/ C4 revenue of £166.335m – an increase on 15% on September 1992.
Channel 4’s revenue came in at £29.5m, which represents 17.7% of the total and continues the slight downturn in C4’s performance in recent months. ITV’s revenue was estimated at £136.88.
In terms of contractor shares the worst performance came from Carlton – down nearly 1% point on last year, with the same number of trading days. Continuing the trend of recent months the best year on year figures came from the combined YTTV.
