TV Revenue Share – January 1994
The combined TV Revenue for December, based on agency estimates, came in at £138.32m, an increase of 8.5% on the same month in 1993. The ITV share was £111.64m, with Channel 4 at £26.6m. This is an 81:19 split.
The best performance came from Central, improving its share by 1.54% points on last year to 16.09%. Of the two London stations, LWT decreased its share by 0.14%, although it had one less trading day. The worst performance, not surprisingly, came from YTTV, down 1.27% points on 1993. For the first time, the areas of Granada and Border now have combined figures.
