Total revenue for May came in at £143.83m – a 7% increase on last year. Of this total ITV took £117.83m (82%) and C4 £26m (18%).
Amongst contractors the largest year on year increase, in term of percentage of revenue, was achieved by Central with a 15.56% share – up 0.86% points on last year. HTV and Anglia were the other ‘growers’, both up over 0.4% points on the previous year at 6.03% and 7.26% respectively.
LWT fared badly this month with share of revenue down almost 1% point on last year at 12.06%, although they did have one less trading Friday.
