TV Summit 1994
Today the TV Summit 94 is being held in Brighton. Chaired by Ray Snoddy, the media correspondent of the Financial Times, the Keynote speech will be made by Chris Smith, Shadow Heritage Secretary.
Other speakers include David English from Associated Newspapers, Eugene Connell from Nynex and Nick Brien from Leo Burnett, who will all discuss the new future of Broadcasting. Charles Allen of Granada will consider “Life After ITV Takeovers”. Michael Grade will put the case for Channel 4 and Robin Foster will represent the BBC.
