TV viewing round-up: November 2015

November was a quiet month viewing wise, with a host of long established shows dominating the top programme list.

Top of the pile was the increasingly popular Strictly Come Dancing, which pulled in 11.8 million viewers.

North London’s finest Adele got her own special BBC show this month, featuring a selection of songs from her new album 25, alongside some of her classics.

The hour-long special hosted by Graham Norton attracted an average rating of 5.8 million viewers.

Ant and Dec returned this month to give ITV a nice ratings boost, with the latest series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!.

Despite being down on last year’s opening episode, the start of series fifteen débuted with an average audience of 10.9 million.

Elsewhere the emotional England vs France game at Wembley, which followed the attacks in Paris, gave ITV an average audience of 6.5 million.

Other programmes that did well this month include: The Hunt (5.8 million); The Apprentice (7.6 million); Children in Need (8 million) and The Royal Festival of Remembrance (5.6 million).
