United Advertising Publications (UAP) has added 31 free, pick-up magazines to the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) Bulk Distribution survey, vastly increasing the number of titles audited under this category. Twenty-two of the titles are being transferred from Verified Free Distribution (VFD) and the remaining nine are new to the ABC.
“The launch of ABC Bulk Distribution further confirms the status of the free pick-up method of delivering targeted magazines to a receptive consumer audiences,” explains UAP publishing director, Tony Arnold. “UAP is delighted to group its portfolio of free pick-up titles into one ABC category, providing media buyers with a clear message about the value and certainty of our circulations.”
The first six monthly audit for the 31 titles will cover the period to June 2000.
