Virgin TV will not be appealing against the High Court decision of last Friday which dismissed its claim that the Channel 5 licence had been awarded unfairly to C5B.
In a statement Virgin TV said that it had given the matter “detailed consideration” but had decided not to appeal, and added that it wished C5B the best of luck” in running the last terrestrial channel.
