Web Site Of The Week – LWT

LWT has moved On-Line with the launch of its web site at http://www.lwt.co.uk/. This is not a site for the ‘must visit list’. On arrival the visitor is dazzled by a bright white screen, the LWT logo and tiny words which spin around, bringing on a migraine within minutes.

There are five main sections;

Gladiators – packed with pictures and information on Contenders, Gladiators and Presenters.

LWT Action – Is under construction, but presumably follows up on LWT programmes that give advice and information to Londoners.

Talk TV – An easy to navigate, interactive site which contains a comprehensive guide to all programming on Talk TV. For those who have never heard of the channel though there is little information on how to view Talk TV or what it is.

Press Office – Where the press releases are posted although there seems to be very little available.

Postcard – Postcards of your favourite Gladiator stars.

This site is great for Gladiator fans and Talk TV viewers, but for anyone else it has little appeal.
