Following the sale of Westcountry Television to Carlton Communications in November *Carlton Move Set To Provoke Bids, TSMS will hand over the company’s sales operation to Carlton UK Sales in June. When the move is complete, Carlton will control 10% of total TV viewing and 29% of ITV viewing.
