The official BARB viewing figures for the World Cup final on Sunday 17th July have been released today. The final was the top BBC programme for the week, attracting 13.4m viewers. ITV however, attracted only 5.2m viewers, with the programme not even getting into the ITV top 30 programmes for the week.
The BBC coverage of the Three Tenors Concert preceeding the final attracted 10.7m viewers.
