World in Action is to move to a regular new slot in the peak time schedule. The series will remain on Monday night, and will follow Coronation Street.
ITV Network Director Marcus Plantin said, ” We intend to strengthen World In Action by giving the biggest inherited audience available anywhere on British television. The new schedule will also present viewers with a genuine alternative to the programming currently available on the other main channels.”
