WPP Purchases New Media Agency

The advertising and marketing group WPP has acquired NoHo Digital (ND), the UK new media agency. ND will be combined with one of WPP’s subsidiaries – OgilvyOne. The founder of Noho Digital, Tim Carrigan, will oversee the merger of ND with OgilvyInteractive, and the resulting company will have combined revenues of £1.5 million.

WPP has also announced the appointment of non-executive director Esther Bryson to its board. Dyson, who is chairman of new media group EDventure Holdings, will take up the position from 28 June.
