X Factor Beats Big Brother

X Factor Beats Big Brother

ITV Logo X Factor: Battle Of The Stars was the winner of last night’s battle of the Reality TV behemoths, picking up 5.3 million adult viewers as busty page-three stunner Michelle Marsh was voted off the celebrity talent contest.

X Factor‘s 26.8% adult audience share was comfortably higher than that of Big Brother, which could only manage 21%, or 4.2 million adult viewers, even though there was another shock as George decided to prematurely end his time in the house.

The Reality TV battle is really hotting up now as viewers start to find their favourite X Factor performer and Big Brother throws out and brings in housemates on an almost daily basis.

The big figures though came for Coronation Street, with a 48.8% adult audience share, meaning that a humongous 7.7 million adults watched the regulars of The Rovers Return supping on their pints and bemoaning their latest life-shattering catastrophes.
