Today YTTV has announced that Clive Leach, chairman and chief executive, has resigned. The announcement comes less than one week after the company’s warning that the annual profits will show a loss, following disclosures about altering revenue figures.
Ward Thomas (currently deputy chairman) has been asked to act as chairman, and John Fairley (managing director of Yorkshire TV) and John Calvert (md of Tyne Tees Television) will report directly to him as will Allan Hardy, commercial director.
