5.1m Adults Check Into Hotel Babylon

Hotel Babylon The camp drama of Hotel Babylon was a big hit last night, with guest star Alan Davies helping to bring in a peak audience of 5.1 million adults.

The BBC One show, on at 9pm, had an average audience of five million adults (a 23% share).

It was a strong night for the Corporation’s main channel, with Holby City at 8pm grabbing a peak of 6.1 million adult viewers.

Over on ITV1 at 9pm was Ladette To Lady, which saw the beer swigging louts take another step on the ladder to respectability.

The show had a peak audience of 3.6 million adults (a 16.6% share), while across its hour running time an average of 3.3 million adults stayed tuned.

Also at 9pm was CSI: Crime Scene Investigation on Five. The excellent crime drama had a peak of 3.5 million adults (a 15.7% share).
