6.5m Tune In To The Apprentice

Shazia Last night’s instalment of The Apprentice picked up a peak of 6.5 million adults in its 9pm slot, a 28.2% share of the audience.

The BBC1 show, which saw Sir Alan fire Shazia Wahab after the girls’ team made a mess of their laundry task, managed an average of six million adult viewers for its hour long running time.

Over on ITV1 at 9pm was Rock Rivals, which had a peak of 2.4 million adults (a 10.3% share) and an average of 1.8 million adults.

Channel 4 aired its usual Wednesday night mix of aspirational programming, with Relocation, Relocation, Relocation at 8pm followed by the awesome Grand Designs.

A peak of 2.8 million adults tuned in to Relocation, Relocation, Relocation, while there was a peak of 3.2 million adults for Grand Designs.

Meanwhile, on BBC Two at 9pm was the ever effervescent Dan Cruickshank having some Adventures in Architecture.

A peak of 1.7 million adults watched Cruickshank wander about in the Arctic Circle, building an igloo.
