Jackie Dickens, vice-chairman of Leo Burnett, has been appointed a member of the 12-strong panel of the Advertising Standards Authority. She replaces Winston Fletcher, chairman of Delaney Fletcher Slaymaker Delaney Bozell who has stepped down from his seat.
