Southern Newspapers has announced it has acquired 10 weekly titles; West of England Newspapers Limited, Packet Newspapers (Cornwall) Limited and Helston Printers Limited from Yattendon Investment Trust PLC. The newspapers are based in Devon and Cornwall, and have paid for sales of 55,000 per week, and free distribution of over 70,000 copies.
