The owner of Business India magazine, Ashok Advani has bought out Euro- business magazine, the monthly title that closed in 1991. A relaunch is being planned for late April, and the owner is hoping to attract advertisers with the promise of a circulation of 30,000. Charles Raw will act as editor on the relaunched title.
A sponsorship deal has been set up with Britannia Music to back the radio coverage of the Brit Awards, covering the production costs in return for airtime on the 22 stations which are broadcasting it. The awards will cover an hour, the night before ITV broadcasts the event. The deal was organised by Unique Broadcasting.
Trevor Southerden is to take over as advertisement manager with Morgan- Grampian monthly, Tunnels and Tunnelling. He was formerly an ad representative with the title.
