Channel 4.0 ‘surpasses 25 million views’ in first six months

Channel 4.0, Channel 4’s digital-first brand for YouTube, has surpassed 25 million views and attracted 104,000 subscribers, in its first six months, the broadcaster has announced.

Since launching in October 2022, the YouTube channel’s UK audience is 82% people aged 13-24, and last month Channel 4.0 also signed its first branded deal with Gen Z cosmetics brand, E.l.f..

The broadcaster has commissioned 17 series so far, with over half produced by independent producers who are new to Channel 4, and 80% of the on-screen talent brand new to Channel 4.

Channel 4.0 has also announced a new all-female line-up prank show, Tapped Out, a six-part prank series commissioned by Evie Buckley and produced by Wall of Productions, starring Nella Rose (pictured, above).
