European’s Online Time Increases

Latest figures from Jupiter MMXI reveal that amount of time Europeans are spending on the Internet from home has increased significantly in the last nine months.

Latest trends show that not only more and more people are logging on to the Net from home every month, but they also use it more and more each month. In EuropeÂÂ’s biggest Internet markets, the UK, France and Germany, the total monthly time online has increased by 94% (UK), 225% (France) and 226% (Germany) between June 2000 and February 2001.

The average time spent online per Unique Visitor per month was also highest in Germany (13+ hours) followed by Spain (9+ hours), Norway (9 hours) and Italy (8 hours).
