FHM Restyles Collections As High Street Guide

FHM Collections Cover Emap’s style-focused men’s magazine, FHM Collections, is to undertake a makeover with its latest issue, providing readers with a “portable and practical guide” to the latest trends and fashions.

The title, which is published bi-annually, now aims to be a reference guide on the high street as readers “seek out more aspirational, couture garments across the UK.”

On sale now, the magazine’s latest issue features Mischa Barton, star of the OC, gracing its front cover, following in the footsteps of previous style icon cover stars such as Usher.

Welcoming the new look, and cover star, Nick DeCosemo, editor of FHM Collections, said: “We are delighted that the up and coming darling of the fashion world Mischa Barton is gracing the cover of our newly designed FHM Collections this month. The magazine’s ability to pull in international icons such as Mischa and Usher is indicative of our international appeal to fashion conscious FHM readers all over the world.”

FHM is one of Emap’s flagship worldwide brands, with Collections‘ popularity worldwide fuelling several global editions, in markets such as Russia, Australia, Taiwan and Germany.

The UK version of Collections is also exported on a large scale to several other territories, including the USA.

Earlier this year saw Emap push its worldwide readership of the main FHM title to an estimated 15 million, with the arrival of the publication in Sweden marking the 30th international edition of the magazine (see FHM Widens Readership With 30th International Edition).

The Swedish edition, which launched with a print run of 150,000, is edited by Tobias Wickstrom and hit the shelves at a special introductory price of 25 Kronor, or £1.82.
