Habitat Books IPC For Standout In Homes Title

Livingetc Habitat Insert IPC’s home interest title, Livingetc, is to run a special eight-page supplement using stepped sections to promote home furnishing store Habitat’s newest collection.

The special promotion aims to achieve standout for the advertiser, creating impact and highlighting the five key areas of the new Habitat catalogue.

Focusing on lighting, colour, co-ordination, storage and entertainment, the supplement is bound-in to a double page spread advertorial, providing readers with “a taster of the Habitat catalogue” over ten glossy pages.

The one-off deal was brokered by Sue Valentine, group account manager of IPC SouthBank solutions, and Iain McCrea, brand communications senior executive, at Manning Gottlieb OMD for Habitat.

Commenting on the deal, Valentine said: “The Habitat supplement sits perfectly within Livingetc while at the same time achieving brilliant standout. The graduating steps work particularly well to spotlight the five key areas of Habitat’s forthcoming season.”

Iain McCrea added: “Habitat prides itself on leading the country’s interiors, so the supplement we brokered with Livingetc allows us to reach that section of the community for which design and style are paramount.”

The latest ABC circulation figures showed Livingetc commanding a circulation of 94,041, an increase of 9.4% year on year and 4% period on period. The Habitat supplement will appear in the magazine’s October issue, on sale from 2 September.
