Havas introduces Vermeer AI video tool

Havas shared progress of its Converged platform and a new tool called Vermeer at an event in Cannes on Tuesday.

“One year after announcing a major shift with the launch of our global strategy and operating system, now renamed Converged.AI to illustrate the growing breadth of its capabilities, our transformation is generating remarkable results for our clients,” said Yannick Bolloré, CEO and chairman of Havas.

Converged.AI integrates several interconnected technology components: Converged Activate for intelligent targeting; Converged Measure for analysis and attribution; Converged Agentic Reporting for dynamic intelligence; Converged AI Designer for predictive planning; and Converged Content for large-scale personalisation.

These tools leverage advanced AI models while adapting to global and local platforms, from Google to TF1.

Bolloré explained: “We are convinced that innovation is born from the convergence of human intuition and technological precision. We are now entering a new phase; beyond efficiency, we are exploring new territories, with AI at the heart of our approach.”

Vermeer: ​​AI at the service of video creation

Among the major innovations unveiled at the event, Vermeer takes a central place.

The photorealistic and intelligent video-production tool was developed by Prose on Pixels, Havas’ large-scale content network. It is designed to meet the needs of agencies, with enhanced creative control and rigorous human supervision.

By transforming generative AI into a creative co-pilot, Vermeer promises a qualitative leap for brands.

Shaped for agentic intelligence

Havas continues to evolve its AI capabilities towards an ecosystem driven by intelligent agents that are operated by employees.

By democratising solution development, Havas aims to empowers creatives, planners and insights specialists to design their own products to meet clients’ specific needs.

This approach, driven by Converged.AI, is fostering the emergence of cross-functional solutions, such as Persona Live, which enables interaction with target audiences in natural language.
