Havas, the global advertising and communications network, will this morning announce plans to overhaul the structure of its businesses, by integrating communications, marketing and advertising divisions in each of its territories.
In the UK eight businesses will be merged to create a new London-based company called Euro RSCG partners. Following this, Havas hopes to have every major market in the world similarly reorganised by the end of the year.
The moves follow a three-year a review of Havas’ structure, along with a growing demand from clients to provide a more integrated communications and advertising operation, according to the FT.
