MediaTel Group Announces Forthcoming Television Seminar

MediaTel Group is pleased to announce the sixth in its successful series of seminars, featuring several high-profile guests including event chair and BBC media correspondent Torin Douglas, a panel debate and audience Q&A session.

Some of the topics up for discussion include; the impact of new TV technologies, including IPTV, VOD and mobile; do PVR fears appear to be over stated?; the impact of the new BBC charter on commercial TV; and could the current internet giants be the future TV media owners?

Panellists already confirmed include; Jim Marshall, chairman of Starcom UK; Rahul Chakkara, controller of BBCi; and Ray Snoddy, the media commentator and analyst.
