MediaTel Group To Host Two One-Day Events

Mediatel Group MediaTel Group is gearing up for a busy period of events, with two one-day seminars in the pipeline over the coming months.

In May, the company will host the ‘Future of Media Research’, which has grown from the usual morning event to a one-day affair, broken into two sessions.

The morning will consist of a presentation looking at whether research address the core issues in the media industry today, with a panel discussion featuring key industry players.

Another short presentation will kick-start the afternoon, then a panel with global experience will discuss innovations and learnings from other markets that can be applied to media in the UK.

The ‘Future of Media Research’ will be held on Wednesday 21 May at One Great George Street, Westminster, London, SW1P 3AA.

Moving into a more interactive realm, MediaTel Group is set to host Media Playground in association with ABN AMRO and RBS and supported by the IPA and the IAB, on 10 June at ABN AMRO, 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AA.

The event will be made up of an exhibition to showcase new media opportunities in IPTV, mobile, digital screens, social networks and their associated advertising widgets, and the media research technologies which will be providing usage data from these and others. The exhibition is free to attend.

There will also be a series of seminars taking place throughout the day, looking at mobile, research, broadcast and social media. The one-hour seminars will debate the business models and business cases for each topic with panels made up of media agencies, media owners and industry analysts.
