Elon Musk has reportedly issued an ultimatum to Twitter employees, asking them to commit to “long working hours at high intensity” or else leave the company with severance pay.
Per an internal email seen by The Washington Post, workers must sign an online form stating their commitment to the “extremely hardcore” work policy by 5pm ET Thursday or else be let go.
Last week, Musk announced Twitter would be scrapping its work from home policy, forcing employees to work from the office at least 40 hours a week.
Twitter laid off half its staff—around 3,700 people—earlier this month.
