Newsline gets new editor

MediaTel has appointed a new editor to take control of Newsline

David Pidgeon joined last week on 12th November following a year travelling. Pidgeon had previously spent six years in the public sector launching a number of high-profile media campaigns on behalf of the construction industry.

Commenting on the appointment he said: “Newsline is read by an increasing and influential audience and holds a great position in delivering expert opinion articles and unique media intelligence

“I am delighted to take the helm and ensure that it continues to play a useful and informative role for its readers. I also have exciting plans to strengthen the excellent work of my predecessors and offer our readers truly original and unique content.”
