Paid search agency Jellyfish has launched a new call-tracking service linking an infinite number of search keywords directly to phone-related sales or enquiries.

The new service, called Infinity, allows Jellyfish to track all of the keywords within a search marketing campaign.

It creates a unique call tracking tag using a keyword and visitor algorithm, allowing Infinity to track an infinite number of keywords and visitors with a relatively small phone number pool.

The agency claims Infinity will link 100% of a client’s keyword portfolio to sales calls, helping businesses get a better understanding of their expenditure on paid search spend.

Rob Pierre, managing director, Jellyfish, said: “As an agency, we manage paid search campaigns on the long tail principle.

“By exploiting the long tail when tracking phone calls as well, we are confident that we can increase productivity by up to 40%”
