Quantcast has made four new hires from Dentsu Aegis Network, The Exchange Lab and Havas Media to its global partnerships team based in London.

Dentsu’s Brian McNamara and Carat’s Glyn Shadwell join as directors of global partnerships, while Mark De Rijke, formerly of Havas Media in Dubai, has been appointed international partnerships director.

Meanwhile, The Exchange Lab’s Simon Mukerjee will focus on Quantcast’s UK and EMEA client and agency partnerships.

The partnerships team’s mission is to enable brands and agencies to unlock increased value from programmatic technology – and to help guide them through the transition to an AI-driven advertising model.

“The introduction of a dedicated client and agency partnerships team within Quantcast signifies a huge shift within our industry towards AI driven planning tools, with Quantcast uniquely placed to support its partners,” said Matt White, Quantcast’s managing director EMEA.

“The Global Partnerships Team will be tasked with assisting our partners to make sure they’re getting the most out of our AI-driven technology, enabling them to create the most effective, personalised, one-to-one marketing programmes tailored to the brand’s customer. We’re excited to be working with all our agency and client partners in this endeavour.”
