Pan-European broadcaster, RTL Group, is proposing to cancel the admission of its shares to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
In a statement released to shareholders this morning, the group said it expects that the delisting in London will become effective on 31 December 2002.
