The Future of TV Advertising London goes global

The Future of TV Advertising turns 10 years old this December and as part of the upcoming celebrations in the build-up to our flagship event, we are delighted to announce the expansions of two key conferences in the Future of TV Advertising series.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our London event – which now attracts a global audience of over 1,000 delegates from over 30 countries – the show has been re-branded as The Future of TV Advertising Global with a focus on learnings from around the world.

This means our Manchester event – which was launched in 2018 to serve the northern UK region – will now return in 2020 becoming the new home for our UK conference. Known as The Future of TV Advertising UK it will sit alongside our other single-market events in Toronto, Sydney and Amsterdam.

Steven Scaffardi, Head of Events at Mediatel Events, is delighted with the transition. He said: “Future TV Advertising Forum launched in London in 2009 and over the last decade it has grown into the premier strategy and thought-leadership event for TV advertising globally.

“Our London event is already known as the global event in the FTVA series to those who attend year after year, and London is already one of the key international hubs for media, so it was an obvious transition for us to rebrand to The Future of TV Advertising Global.”

Scaffardi added the the business is also delighted to be bringing this market leading event to the north, consolidating the commitment to a region which has fast become a media powerhouse in its own right.

“It remains a thought-leadership and networking forum for brands, agencies and broadcasters, but this time we are inviting the industry from across the United Kingdom to celebrate and debate at an event that is focused on driving strategic and technology innovation in television advertising.”

The Future of TV Advertising Global take place on 10-11 December with a world class line-up of speakers already confirmed, including Les Binet, Karen Nelson-Field and Brian Weiser.

The date for the new UK event will be announced shortly. If you are interested in getting involved at either of the events, please contact Steven Scaffardi.
