Philip Thomas, the former joint-chief executive of JCDecaux UK, has joined OOH Capital, the global out-of-home consultancy, as a partner.

Thomas joined JCDecaux in 2002 as the UK’s chief financial officer and, as co-CEO, he was part of the management team that created the global supply-side programmatic trading platform, VIOOH.

OOH Capital advises OOH businesses, cities, real-estate owners and technology suppliers on the best ways to navigate the changing OOH landscape.

It is headed by chairman Tom Goddard and includes managing partner Annie Rickard, partners Philippe Baudillon, Stephen Freitas, Fred Kuhlman, Jim Lui, Sheldon Silverman, and Carlos Viladevall.
