TNS Shakes Up Client Services Team

TNS Logo Media research and analysis giant, TNS, is to make changes to the organisation of its client services team following the appointment of Nick Burfitt to the role of global director within the TNS iTRAM sector.

Dalia Gereis has been promoted to the position of client service director for the TV Bureau, assuming the responsibility for all of the client service and commercial responsibilities within the UK InfoSys client base.

Bally Badesha, who has been working alongside Gereis as joint client service manager, has also been promoted to the same level but will focus her efforts on the SkyView service in the UK.

Both will continue to report to Burfitt, and the pair will assume their new roles on 1 October.

In order to assist Gereis in her new post, the company is also in the process of recruiting two new client service managers to work within the TV Bureau, with the first appointment expected to be announced shortly.

Other new recruits to TNS include Daniel Envine, who joined at the start of September as client service assistant, and Olivia Locke, who also joined the company in September. Locke has become client service executive, working alongside Alpha Barillo and Stephen Saw.

Following his new appointment, Burfitt will step away from the day to day activities of TNS’s TV Bureau division in the UK, and will focus on the company’s expansion into the set-top box arena.
