US business-to-business (B2B) print advertising spend rose by 2.4% year on year in February, representing the fourth consecutive month of growth, according to new figures from American Business Media (ABM).
ABM’s president, Gordon Hughes, says that the group’s target of 3% during the first quarter is still on the cards after the figures from the first two months of the year.
“The war in Iraq and its aftermath, however, may delay growth until the second half of 2003. We are still comfortable with our projection of 3% growth for 2003,” he added.
