Total US magazine advertising revenue increased 12.6% year on year during November to close at $1.8 billion, according to the latest data from the Publishers Information Bureau (PIB). The number of advertising pages for November was 24,317, up 6.9% on last year.
The November figures represent the strongest month this year for the US magazine sector, in terms of both revenue and page volumes. It is also the third consecutive month in which ten or more of the major advertising categories have shown positive growth, as shown here.
