WPP Extends Online Healthcare Offerings
Global advertising group, WPP, has announced that leading US marketing and interactive agency, Bridge Worldwide, will join it’s relationship marketing agency, Wunderman.
The purchase of Bridge will strengthen Wunderman’s online and healthcare expertise, continuing WPP’s strategy of developing its networks in fast growing markets and sectors.
Bridge’s revenues for the year ended 31 December 2004 were $10.2 million with net assets of $1.8 million.
At the end of last year, WPP acquired the majority share in the leading provider of integrated marketing communications services, Direct.com, through its operating company RMG Connect Worldwide (see WPP Snaps Up Direct.Com To Extend Tech Expertise).
