Marketing Services Group Omnicom has taken over WWAV Group.WWAV will be merged with Omnicom’s direct marketing arm Rapp Collins Partnership to form WWAV Rapp Collins London and North.Rapp Collins UK managing director Stuart Heather will become joint md with John Watson, WWAV chief executive.
