Morgan-Grampian title, Financial Pulse has undergone a radical redesign in an attempt to totally change its image. The magazine hopes to attract a wider readership, concentrating on business readers.

The sum offered by Capital Radio to take over the Midlands Group has been revealed as £17.7m. The takeover is Capital’s first wholly owned regional station although it has shares in other radio companies throughout the UK (Newsline 22/1).
