Grampian Television has announced pre- tax profits for the six months ending August 1993. They are up 7.7% to £1.548 million.Grampian Chairman Dr Calum MacLeod said, “I view the full year results with some confidence based on continuing signs of an advertising revival.”

At a meeting this week between Laser Sales and advertisers and agencies, Laser has proposed a solution to the YTTV airtime problems.Laser sales has offered to pay back all historical debts to the end of October; November will be dealt with as a £15 million month, and December as a £13 million month for YTTV.
